Return and Refund Policy

C01Jewels does not accept exchanges or refunds for engraved or personalized items. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for out-of-size items. For rings, sizes not accepted are those outside the range between size 10 and 18; for bracelets, sizes less than 18 cm or more than 19 cm; and for necklaces, sizes less than 42 cm or more than 45 cm.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date. After communicating your intention to withdraw from the contract, you must return the product within the following 14 days.

Free returns are only guaranteed if the product is still in its original packaging, complete with all the manufacturer's tags and labels still attached to the jewel.

Once we receive the package in our warehouse, we will verify that the product is intact and does not show signs of wear or use. If everything is in order, we will refund within 10 working days, using the same payment method with which the purchase was made.

How to make a return

1. Inform our team by sending a request via our online form [ CLICK HERE ].
2. Enter the email address provided at checkout and the six-digit verification code that will be emailed to you. This will allow you to access your customer account.
3. After logging in, locate the order you want to return. If the order contains multiple items, select the items you want to return. Enter the reason for the return and add any notes for the store, then click Request Return .
4. If your return request is accepted, you will receive a prepaid return label and shipping instructions by email.

Return Shipping

Once you receive the return label, apply it to the original shipping box, close the box and seal it with the appropriate internal return seal.

The courier will come to collect the package on the day and in the pre-established time window.

You just need to hand over the package directly to the courier.
