When you order from C01Jewels, you will receive your jewelry carefully packaged in an elegant box, included free with every order.
We offer a free and fully insured shipping service, directly to your home. C01Jewels uses the GLS Save Plus service, a high security option designed to better protect valuable goods. Each shipment is managed through constantly monitored channels, ensuring that your jewelry arrives in complete safety, wherever you are in Italy.
We are committed to processing your order within 14 business days of receiving it. All our jewelry, ready for sale, is carefully checked before shipping. If no further changes requested by the customer are necessary, the item will be shipped in 1-3 business days. If changes are requested such as sizing or engravings, processing times will be 3-6 days. In the case of jewelry that is out of stock, out of size or for special customizations, delivery times will be agreed directly with the customer. In any case, C-01 Jewels is committed to processing the order in the shortest time possible, always respecting the time necessary to guarantee the quality and excellence that our customers expect.
Delivery Times
Although we use expedited shipping services, delivery times depend on the destination and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen events or delays along the way. During holidays or in remote areas, deliveries may take longer due to increased shipment volume, adverse weather conditions or limited infrastructure.
If you live in islands or remote areas, delivery times may vary depending on availability and frequency of transport.
We recommend that you plan your purchases in advance, especially during holiday periods, taking into account possible delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a GLS tracking number. You can follow the status of your shipment in real time.
Check on Delivery
Upon delivery, we ask you to check that:
- The packaging is intact and free of damage.
- The sender of the shipment is correct.
In case of anomalies, the customer must immediately report it to the courier and to our customer service.
